Driven by Values
Urgency. Early reading ability is the single greatest predictor of long‑term academic and economic success and we are committed to ensuring Milwaukee students are prepared to succeed.
Alignment. Solving Milwaukee’s reading crisis requires coordinated professional development plans and tools to ensure teachers and administrators are prepared to use science-based reading approaches with students. That will require the support of the public and private sectors to accomplish.
Accountability. To ensure success, it is important to set clear goals, measure progress, and use data‑driven decision‑making.
If these values reflect your vision for Milwaukee’s future, we invite you to join us.
